Built on 10 years of operating in the trenches
Granite GTM is a solo RevOps and GTM consulting practice. One practitioner, direct engagement, real deliverables.
Griffin LaFleur
I am a Revenue Operations practitioner with over a decade of experience working inside and alongside growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. My work spans CRM architecture, RevOps framework design, pipeline and forecasting infrastructure, GTM systems engineering, and more recently, practical AI automation for GTM teams.
I started Granite GTM in 2019, initially as a formal wrapper around client work that had been ongoing for years. The practice has remained intentionally lean — one operator, specific expertise, high-quality output.
I am based in Concord, New Hampshire — The Granite State. That is not an accident. The brand reflects how I approach the work: durable, direct, and built to hold weight.
Most of my clients come through referral or direct outreach. If you are a founder or revenue leader dealing with a broken RevOps function, a scaling HubSpot instance, or the early architecture decisions that will define your next 12–18 months of revenue operations — I want to hear from you.
Why Granite?
Granite is New Hampshire's identity. Durable, dependable, no-nonsense. The state motto is "Live Free or Die" — which is either a statement about liberty or about not compromising. I prefer to read it as both.
The name Granite GTM reflects the approach: revenue infrastructure that holds up under pressure, built by someone who does the work themselves, without the overhead of a large firm or the abstraction of a pure advisory relationship.
GTM is in the name because it is specific. This practice exists for revenue leaders and operators in B2B SaaS — not for every company in every industry at every stage. That specificity is the point.
Working principles
Operator-first
Strategy without execution is just documentation. Every engagement is designed to ship something your team can actually use.
Durability over speed
Fast work that breaks next quarter is not valuable. We build for the next phase of your company, not just the immediate problem.
Direct communication
No account management, no status theater, no slide decks in place of answers. You get direct, honest communication throughout.
No generalist bloat
We do a specific set of things very well. If your problem is outside that scope, we will tell you — and point you to someone better suited.
